I heard this bird yesterday at 7:15 pm. It was nearly dark. In listening to the Western Screech Owl sounds on my iBird Pro, it sounded most like the A1 call, but not exactly. I do believe, though, that the bird was indeed a WSO. Thanks to all for this assist. Never heard this in my East Beach neighborhood before now. Pretty exciting!

Just now at dusk I am hearing a loud fairly low pitched bouncing ball call which I have never heard before in my East Beach neighborhood. Someone please tell me what this might be.
