Swainson’s Hawks on the Franklin Trail Sunday, 4/8

I hiked the Franklin Trail today to the National Forest boundary and back. At one point four Swainson's Hawks flew over together; later a single Swainson’s Hawk flew by at close range.  All were flying east to west along the mountains. Other highlights were two Vaux’s Swifts (also flying west) and an Ash-throated Flycatcher in Sutton Canyon.
