Today I came across 2 PALM WARBLERS west of Santa Barbara. One was at
Gaviota State Park, in the willows behind site #45, the other at the
intersection of Terra Vista Dr. and the entrance road to Tajiguas Landfill
(north side of Hwy 101 between Gaviota and Refugio State Beach).
Also this afternoon, there was a SWAMP SPARROW along the creek that runs
through Refugio State Beach. It was just north of the Hwy 101 N entrance
bridge. At the mouth of the creek along the beach were 56 ROYAL TERNS.
