All - Not sure if this bird has been reported by others but it's a pretty interesting leucistic Turkey Vulture. I saw it along Foxen Canyon Sept 14th and I have had a couple of second hand reports from Sedgwick Reserve that seem to fit. Three views here, one includes other TV's for comparison:
