Hi folks,      I  birded Santa Ynez River mouth this evening. Good numbers of shorebirds remain. Two SemiSandpipers, three juv Lesser Yellowlegs,and a Bairds were the highlight species. No time to look for the Curlew Sandpiper; sorry. Hundreds of Sooty Shearwaters were streaming by just offshore. A super evening at the beach. The weekend is almost here!  Think Spooooonbill!  You  can do it ?
