Coal Oil Point

I did a brief seawatch at Coal Oil Point this morning which yielded a good-looking adult pomarine jaeger with streamers and all, one more unidentified jaeger, a couple of sooty shearwaters, two black-vented shearwaters, and a pigeon guillemot. The beaches had decent numbers of shorebirds with 150 black-bellied plovers, 145 sanderlings, 9 long-billed curlews, 8 marbled godwits, 7 whimbrels, 2 short-billed dowitchers, 13 willets, and some other expected species. Also saw the least tern Nick mentioned earlier.
