- Comments: "Continuing. It was not there when I arrived, but it flew in and perched in a tree next to the bridge to nowhere. The bird had pale lores unlike DCCO, which has yellow lores. The bird was smaller than the DCCOs sitting nearby, and its tail was proportionally longer than the DCCO tails."

- Comments: "Flying east, low, about 1/2 mile offshore. Wasn't at all sure of the ID when I observed it, but from the photos I think it looks pretty good for an adult male Blue-Winged Teal. I note the large blue patch on the inner part of the upper wing with a broad white border behind it, warm brown underparts contrasting with a grayish head, and in a few photos a hint of the white face crescent behind the bill."
